As a Yoga Instructor, Sound Practiitioner & Tech enthusiast Dí discovered the power of breath, movement, meditation, and sound healing through yoga. Certified as a Yoga Instructor in Baja California and trained in Sound by Akasha, she offers Integrative Wellness Services for stress management and self love. As a runner and prior rower from Montclair, NJ she brings her knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit connection to every space she is in.
