Meet the Founder
Dí Santana is a Certified Sound Bath Meditation & Experienced Yoga Leader, and someone deeply committed to helping busy professionals and individuals release stress and prevent burnout. After a decade in customer-focused corporate roles, Dí realized how often productivity is prioritized over peace. That’s why she now specializes in curating tailored wellness experiences that regulate the nervous system, improve focus, and support mind-body freedom. Her journey in corporate life directly informs her mission—a path toward helping others find balance and resilience in the midst of a demanding career and active life.
Dí has been honored to share these practices with both local and global audiences, from guiding corporate wellness sessions for organizations like Yale University, TIAA, and The Flex-N-Fly Foundation to weekly mindfulness offerings at Arlo Hotels and community-centered events with Black Women’s Yoga Collective.
